About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated midwife to join our team at Maidstone Birth Centre. As a Paediatric Junior Sister for Surgery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care for women, pregnant people, and families.
- Provide low-risk intrapartum care in community settings and promote normality in all clinical areas.
- Participate in the on-call system for the birth centre and be willing to work flexible hours.
- Support the development of our services to support women's choice in place of birth.

Person Specification
- Registered Midwife (RM) and eligible to practice.
