About the Role:

Coburg Banks Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Service in Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy home care branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a busy home care branch, ensuring the delivery of quality care to service users.
  • Work closely with the Care Coordinator and Field Care supervisors to ensure the delivery of quality care, personalized care packages, and efficient rotas.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Directors to devise marketing strategies and increase care hours delivered by the branch.
  • Ensure refresher training and induction training are delivered to a high standard, and all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exemplary care.
  • Be responsible for the recruitment of care and support staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Review branch processes to ensure they align with current CQC standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing a domiciliary care service offering circa 2000 care hours per week.
  • An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in delivering induction training is desirable but not essential.

About the Package:

  • An annual salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience.
