Key Responsibilities:- Fault Finding and Repair: Identify and repair items deemed repairable by the business, including dispenser control boards, desktop computer motherboards, payment terminals, and tools for field technicians.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure project deadlines and SLAs are met, where the lab plays a key role in stock availability.
- Stock Management: Utilize our stock management system to maintain optimal stock levels on repairable items.
- Lab Environment: Maintain a tidy and safe lab environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Warehouse and Stock Control: Assist with warehouse and stock control responsibilities, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Breakdown Trends: Identify and analyze breakdown trends, implementing processes to enable field engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
- No Fault Found Repairs: Track and report no fault found repairs, providing valuable insights for field team re-education and upskilling.
- Electronics Qualification: Possess a strong foundation in electronics, with relevant qualifications or experience.
- Computer Hardware and Software Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in computer hardware and software, including fault finding to component level.
