Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Delivery and Collections Driver

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £16.54 per hour - Regular overtime paid at £24.81 per hour

Location: DPD London Docklands Depot

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Hours of Work: 9am - 6pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Delivery and Collections Driver to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect parcels from customers and transport them to the depot
  • Assist with loading and unloading parcels from vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

  • Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence
  • Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
