Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor Staff member to join our team at the Alexander Pope pub & hotel in Twickenham & Teddington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the success of the pub by suggesting ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience
