Key Responsibilities:
Contract Specialist: Collaborate with our established legal team based in the UK, addressing a wide range of commercial and legal issues while providing exceptional legal counsel to the organization.
Negotiation Expert: Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers, while also offering superior support for recruitment engagements.
Legal Consultant: Advise on and negotiate commercial contracts for services including permanent and temporary recruitment, staffing solutions, employer of record services, and service agreements.
Strategic Advisor: Offer legal insights for new initiatives in both emerging and established markets, ensuring compliance and developing robust commercial frameworks in partnership with key stakeholders and the broader legal and commercial teams.
Risk Management Professional: Uphold the integrity of commercial risk management and ensure compliance with NES Fircroft's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Professional: You will possess at least one year of qualification with substantial experience in either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with contingent workforce compliance in Europe is highly advantageous.
Contract Negotiator: You have a proven track record in negotiating commercial contracts and can confidently close deals.
Detail-Oriented: Your meticulous attention to detail is unmatched, supported by strong analytical capabilities.
Performance Under Pressure: You excel in high-pressure situations and consistently deliver projects on schedule.
Effective Communicator: You possess strong interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
