In our vibrant health club or hotel environment, our Wellness and Aesthetic Specialists are dedicated to providing exceptional treatments to guests and members, supported by friendly and professional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Our Wellness and Aesthetic Specialists are tasked with delivering a diverse range of holistic and maintenance treatments, utilizing top-tier brands such as Elemis, Nouveau lashes, HD, OPI, Lycon, and Lava Shells.

Essential Duties:
- Administering all treatments in accordance with product and spa protocols, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
- Utilizing spa equipment properly as per treatment guidelines and training.
- Providing exceptional client care consistently.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa.
- Encouraging clients to rebook after experiencing outstanding treatments.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is required.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client care.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a growing team.
- Familiarity with Elemis products and treatments is advantageous but not mandatory.
