Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Domestic Gas Engineer to join our award-winning Housing Association's Maintenance team. As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out gas servicing, repairs, and basic pipe installations in domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out gas servicing, repairs, and basic pipe installations in domestic social housing properties
  • Work on a range of day-to-day and planned repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Cover a range of locations in Leicestershire, Northampton, and Rutland

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer
  • ACS qualified and hold CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), MET1, LPG, and CPA1 certifications
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Heating/Ventilation qualification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • DBS check required
