We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Proman, a leading manufacturer of foam, spring, and hybrid mattresses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stuffing inner foam with precision and attention to detail
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure high-quality products
  • Working efficiently on the production line to meet production targets
  • Packing and preparing products for dispatch
  • Lifting and moving materials as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is advantageous
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph, rising to £11.64ph after 12 weeks
  • Overtime opportunities available, paid up to £22.88ph
  • On-site parking and canteen facilities
