Job Title: Insurance Sales Growth Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled sales professional to join our team at Level Up Recruitment. We are seeking a talented individual to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients in the automotive industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at motor dealerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales plans to achieve financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships with key personnel at motor dealerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve financial growth
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth for clients in the automotive industry
  • Conduct sales planning and forecasting to ensure targets are met
  • Deliver training and coaching to sales teams to improve performance
  • Represent the company at sales conferences and networking events
  • Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and market conditions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
