  • Performing regular inspections and testing of systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance across various systems, including water systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, such as L8
  • Providing innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience working with building management systems and fault finding.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
