About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily pick rates and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets
  • Utilize voice picking technology to accurately select and pick orders
  • Operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to efficiently retrieve and process inventory
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure products are properly secured, labeled, and stored in designated areas for dispatch
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the immediate reporting of any spills or breakages
  • Receive comprehensive training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge in the role
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Must be able to live locally or have a reliable means of transportation due to shift times
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be reliable and punctual
