Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role:

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and undertaking all mechanical works on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will report to and work with the Project Manager, supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors, assessing the quality of work, and assisting the quality manager with QA sign offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and undertake all mechanical works
  2. Supervise and manage mechanical sub-contractors
  3. Assess the quality of work
  4. Assist the quality manager with QA sign offs
  5. Attend daily meetings with management and other trades
  6. Manage productivity and push the project towards completion

Requirements:

  1. SSSTS or SMSTS
  2. Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services
  3. Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
  4. 5-10 years' experience working for mechanical contractors
  5. Experience in commercial projects
