Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at New Appointment Group. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of top-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive business growth and improve service delivery
  • Provide operational leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and service users
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop workable solutions to ensure business continuity
  • Lead the mobilization of new services and developments, and ensure successful service delivery
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least five years of management experience in adult care services, with a track record of operational management
  • Proven ability to work strategically, implement change, and see the bigger picture
  • Experience of managing contracts, dealing with Local Authority colleagues at a senior level, and multi-site management
  • Strong understanding and application of regulatory frameworks and compliance/legal requirements
  • Project management experience of new services and/or developments
  • Inspirational leadership and coaching skills

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
