About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Biddable Account Manager to join our team at Omnicom Media Group UK. As a key member of our biddable team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day deliverables across the team to ensure the effective implementation of overarching channel strategy and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement media plans with clear rationale on media choices and budget allocations.
  • Campaign Management: Ensure campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with wider media plans and flighting.
  • Process Implementation: Implement processes and ensure team adherence to ensure campaign setup, budgets, and pacing accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and optimize across live accounts daily to ensure performance is aligned to core KPIs, providing performance insights to the client and internal teams.
  • Test and Learn: Implement a structured test and learn schedule, regularly running multivariate experiments and building on learnings to inform future campaign testing.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Coordinate and present weekly reports, PCAs, and QBRs to agency teams and clients.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Facilitate the smooth administration of monthly financial reconciliation across the team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Media Owner Collaboration: Work closely with media owners to drive forward feature adoption and media maturity.
  • Channel News and Developments: Regularly share latest channel news and developments with the wider team.
About You
  • Experience: Experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency environment, ideally network agency or large independent.
  • Understanding: Understanding of the broader digital spectrum, marketing mix, and media planning process.
  • Leadership: Experience line managing or mentoring entry-level team members.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate and present to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Analysis: An analytical mind, able to work with large data sets to identify the drivers behind data trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to complete tasks in an accurate manner and spot key detail within large sets of qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Organization: Effective organization skills, able to multi-task, plan, and prioritize own and team workload.
  • Ad Buying Platforms: Experience working within a variety of ad buying platforms and/or third-party bid management platforms.
  • Ad Serving Platforms: Experience working with ad serving platforms and ads trafficking processes.
  • Analytics: Understanding of on-site analytics and platforms – Google, Adobe Analytics.
