Senior Tax Professional

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior or Manager to join a prestigious, chartered accountancy practice based in the South East region.
As a Tax Senior or Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality personal and corporate tax compliance service to a diverse range of clients, including Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and property investors. You will work closely with the Partners to provide expert tax advice and guidance, ensuring that clients receive a tailored and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal and corporate tax, with experience in delivering compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. You will be a qualified tax professional, preferably ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualified, with a proven track record of producing high-quality work on complex UK tax matters within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality personal and corporate tax compliance service to a diverse range of clients.
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive a tailored and exceptional service.
- Work closely with the Partners to develop and implement tax strategies that meet client needs.
- Produce high-quality tax work, including compliance and advisory services, within budget and to deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax needs are met and exceeded.
Benefits:
- A highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.

Requirements:
- ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualified.
- Proven experience in delivering personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
