- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Menu Development: Work with culinary teams to design and implement innovative and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and respond to issues promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and dining experiences.
