Key Responsibilities: The Credit Controller will be tasked with formulating payment plans and must possess strong communication abilities, proficiency in various software applications, and an organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit Control.
- Experience with legal procedures is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manners.

- Experience in a B2C setting.
- A background in accounting is preferred.
A Typical Day: In this role, you can expect to:
- Engage directly with clients and business owners through various communication channels.
- Utilize software for sending statements and maintaining accurate records (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with internal management, finance heads, and senior executives.
- Develop and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process card transactions securely.
- Identify debtors for potential legal actions.
