Help Desk Administrator - Excel Expertise

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Administrator to join our team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with engineers to ensure optimal field service provision.
  • Manage workshop repairs and returns in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience, particularly over the telephone.
  • Experience working in a similar IT-related field.
  • Knowledge of Excel and customer web applications.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will be based in Milton Keynes and will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our clients.
