Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet performance, quality, and functionality standards.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases, both manually and through automated testing methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Testing Tools and Frameworks: Utilize testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Agile/Scrum Development: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role.
  • Testing Techniques: Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Testing Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Software QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Agile/Scrum Development: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
