About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing a nurturing environment for children
  • Develop and implement activities that promote learning and development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to a collaborative team approach to childcare, ensuring a well-rounded education for all children
Requirements
  • CACHE L2/L3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
  • Experience in a nursery or preschool setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, with eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and education
