About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Strategist to join our team at GMGN Labs, a digital marketing agency specializing in emerging technologies. As a Web3 Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies for our clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement GTM Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Engagement and Strategy Presentation: Deliver and present strategies to clients, ensuring they understand and invest in our strategic direction.
  • Content Calendar and Communication Schedules: Translate strategic plans into detailed content calendars and communication schedules that align with client goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and technical departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Strategic Direction and Guidance: Provide strategic direction to colleagues to ensure alignment in delivery and execution.
  • Market Trend Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Monitor market trends and technological advancements in the Web3 space to adapt and optimize strategies.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide strategic insights through regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Client Feedback and Strategy Refining: Engage with clients to refine strategies and respond to feedback to ensure strategies align with client requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Web3 Strategist or Similar Role: Proven experience in developing and implementing Web3 strategies for clients.
  • Marketing Agency Environment: Experience working in a marketing agency environment, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of Web3 Space: Strong knowledge of the Web3 space, including blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Sports Marketing or Gaming Marketing: Experience working in sports marketing or gaming marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field, such as social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong Knowledge of Web3 Technologies: Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms.
  • Experience with Farcaster: Experience working with Farcaster, a Web3 platform.
