About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams across Tetra Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex infrastructure projects, including residential sectors, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with senior project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including financial performance, progress against schedules, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain governance structures to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for project delivery.
  • Manage change control processes in line with contract conditions.
  • Identify and develop business benefits for projects, working collaboratively with clients to understand and agree project requirements.
About You
  • Proven experience working on complex infrastructure projects, including residential sectors.
  • NEC 3/4 accredited and experience with JCT forms of contract.
  • Suitability for security clearance, SC Cleared preferably.
  • Past experience of managing multiple projects with a keen interest in developing skills in scheduling and project management.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage meetings with senior client representatives.
  • A collaborative approach, including managing large technical teams.
  • Able to work collaboratively with clients to deliver results.
  • Professional and ethical in everything you do.
  • Able to identify and develop a phased approach to delivery, working collaboratively with the client to understand and agree project requirements.
  • Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines and form effective relationships.
  • Determined approach to delivery.
  • Good practical application of Microsoft Software, including Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to prepare and implement a range of project tools, including programmes, risk registers, stakeholder management plans, project execution plans, and quality assurance plans.
  • Driving licence preferably.
