We are looking for a passionate culinary supervisor to join our family-run establishment located in the scenic countryside.

This recently renovated venue aims to be a sought-after destination, emphasizing a food philosophy rooted in sustainability, utilizing local organic ingredients, and promoting regenerative agricultural practices.

The proprietors also manage a nearby organic farm and kitchen garden, providing premium produce to some of the finest dining establishments, as well as our own.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced head chef, who brings over 20 years of expertise from renowned restaurants.

This position offers a unique opportunity to explore innovative approaches to pub cuisine, leveraging the freshest ingredients available.

A fully furnished two-bedroom apartment is included with this position, allowing the successful candidate to reside there without any rental costs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Mentoring and nurturing the kitchen team
  • Creating an appealing menu focused on sustainability, utilizing exceptional local produce to craft seasonal dishes
