Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our quality assurance team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance Site Audits: Receive, record, and issue daily quality assurance site audit reports of projects.
  • Diary Management: Assist the QA team's diary management to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the team's work in line with project programmes.
  • Installer Accreditation: Track and progress installer accreditation applications.
  • QA Dashboard: Maintain the QA dashboard on our central CRM system, updating accurate QA records and pulling off relevant reports to assist analysis of QA workflows and KPIs.
  • Customer Service: Deal with telephone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the customer receives a high-quality service to optimize our brand and reputation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely, communicate effectively, and share best practice with all colleagues with the aim of achieving Company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Organization: Good organization and task prioritization with attention to detail.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT and administration skills (Microsoft Office 365). There will be training in additional bespoke software – QA reporting and Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Data Management: Ability to maintain accurate data records, consistent filing methods, and strict document version control.
  • Collaboration: Friendly, proactive, and collaborative working methods.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
