Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Director to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading regulatory bioanalytical laboratory projects and ensuring the highest level of scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key contact for clients for assigned studies, including understanding client requirements and time scales, and liaising with Business Development Executives in the production of quotes as required.
  • Ensure the data and laboratory processes are in accordance with GLP/GCP and good documentation practice, and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of bioanalytical reports.
  • Manage the workload and plan tasks for scientific staff performing analysis for assigned studies.
  • Be responsible for the scientific integrity and regulatory compliance of assigned studies, and be involved in client and QA audits.
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience working in a regulatory bioanalytical laboratory, including hands-on experience using LC-MS/MS.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
