Job Opportunity

We are currently working with a leading International law firm to find a lawyer to join their competition knowledge function for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for current Knowledge Lawyers or Competition Fee-earners looking to diversify and apply their practice area knowledge in a different context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with the existing competition KL team and support fee-earners in their work.
  • Provide and produce updates on client publications and articles, showcasing the firm's expertise in competition law.
  • Draft and update legal precedents and training materials to ensure the firm's knowledge is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Develop and improve upon innovative content tailored to promoting legal know-how and thought leadership in the competition law sector.

Requirements

  • A lawyer with 6+ years of post-qualification experience, keen to provide thought leadership and comment on a broad variety of competition law-related matters.
  • Strong research and drafting skills, with excellent knowledge of the financial services and regulatory sectors.
  • Experience in a Professional Support Lawyer role or similar is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Interest in knowledge management and contributing to firm-wide KM initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to gain experience in a different context and contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives.
