Vehicle Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's workshop in Rugby. Our client specializes in fleet vehicles, including transits, sprinters, and various other LCVs and HGVs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, including trucks and vans.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Liaise with the workshop controller and managers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Carry out Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and other maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Repairs or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a large garage or similar environment.
  • Full driving license.
  • Own tools.
