Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for solar and battery storage developments.
  • Negotiate and finalize land leases and acquisitions, ensuring advantageous conditions for the organization.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with landowners, governmental bodies, and other relevant parties.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including site evaluations, environmental assessments, and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee all legal and contractual documentation associated with land procurement and project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in land management, real estate, or similar fields, ideally within the renewable energy industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of land acquisition procedures, property legislation, and applicable regulations in the UK.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
