Job Summary:
E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and assembling HVAC containment systems in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from engineering drawings and schematics to ensure accurate installation
- Provide client training and handover to ensure seamless system operation
- Perform final inspection (Site Acceptance Testing - SAT) to ensure system meets specifications
- Assemble and install systems on-site across the UK and Europe
- Dismantle, pack, and ship systems as required
- Test systems (Factory Acceptance Testing - FAT) to ensure quality and functionality
- Perform mechanical assembly and installation of systems
- Work in a small team of 3 engineers to install systems
- 50% on-site travel and 50% workshop-based work
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00
Overtime available and a requirement to work away, occasionally abroad, all paid at a premium
Requirements:
- Previous mechanical fitting, assembly, or installation experience in FMCG, pharma, or processing machinery
- Installation experience with steel panels, filters, fans, or sensors onto machinery or equipment
- Prior site installation experience is essential
- International travel experience (valid passport required)
- Willingness to work away from home up to 30% of the time
