Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative within our HR Division. This strategic role involves implementing a new HR system designed to enhance the experience for employees, managers, and candidates, while fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee the project lifecycle, including scope, budget, risks, and communication.
- Engage in procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with public sector guidelines.
- Provide leadership and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Prince2 certification or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ideally within HR or payroll system implementation.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on delivering complex projects in a matrix environment.
- Desirable: Experience in the education sector and knowledge of HR processes.
