Senior Inventory Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Inventory Clerk to join our team at Anita Inventories - London and Essex. As a Senior Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed condition reports for landlords and letting agents across London and Essex.

About the Role:

  • Visiting residential properties to inspect and prepare detailed reports of the condition and contents using our specialist software.
  • Taking photographs of the property, utility meters, and possessions.
  • Collecting and returning keys to/from landlord/agents/tenants.
  • Training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a property inventory clerk.
  • Ability to travel across London, Essex, and surrounding areas by public transport and/or your own vehicle (we pay for travel costs).
  • Flexibility to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice.
  • High proficiency with smartphones and apps (particularly with camera apps).
  • Super reliability and punctuality.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Ability to arrange your own diary and work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a systematic order.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
