About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing health and safety capabilities, leading and mentoring teams, and improving safety awareness across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams to enhance health and safety capabilities and build a strong safety culture
  • Improve safety awareness across all levels of the business and demonstrate ability to influence and motivate
  • Engage with contractors, regulators, and agencies to represent the company and enhance problem-solving skills in safety management

Requirements:
