Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to upper management

- Instill new behaviors and manage organizational change
- Solicit feedback from both internal and external sources

- Challenge senior management on strategic objectives and implement new concepts to foster change and success
- Comprehend appointment and warranty documentation
- Understand your responsibilities and those of the organization under Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Demonstrated success in senior-level general or commercial management, ideally within a related sector.
- Extensive experience in managing personnel and resources at a senior level.
- Broad knowledge of the industry landscape.
- Understanding of financial management and broader management principles and techniques.
- Strong presentation skills with an awareness of balancing conflicting interests and meeting regulatory requirements.
- High level of commercial insight.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
