Job Title: Asset Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Maintenance Lead to join our team at Knapp UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a shift team of 6, including a Deputy Team Leader, engineers, and automation assistants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, managing maintenance schedules, and resolving critical breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including planning, coordinating, and supervising their work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Investigate and resolve critical breakdowns, working closely with the customer and site leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Recognized engineering qualification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
