Business Quality Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Quality Manager to work closely with our Investment Managers, providing guidance on file review processes and record keeping standards. Your excellent compliance analysis skills will be essential in conveying complex regulatory information and delivering an outstanding investment service within regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor investment files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review investment proposals, client risk profiles, and documentation to ensure completeness, suitability, and compliance.
- Assess investment decisions to ensure they are well-documented, compliant, and in line with business processes.
- Communicate review outcomes clearly and maintain accurate records within company systems.
- Provide support to Investment Managers, offering guidance on file review processes and record keeping standards.
- Monitor investment portfolios to ensure alignment with client objectives and risk profiles.
- Stay up-to-date with Consumer Duty requirements and focus on delivering positive client outcomes.
- Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly in product governance or compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of UK Financial regulations, with a focus on Consumer Duty, and a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with a professional qualification, such as CFA, CISI, or equivalent, but not essential.
