Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compound Coordinator to join our team at Lookers SEAT Stockport. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our compound, facilitating the efficient processing and storage of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with BCA drivers to receive and process new and used vehicles
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any damages or issues
  • Organize and manage the storage of vehicles at the compound, ensuring they are easily accessible for sales executives
  • Handle vehicle keys and documentation, maintaining accurate records
  • Process paperwork for Motability return vehicles, ensuring compliance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
