About the Role

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial management reporting to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish financial reporting requirements and solutions.
  • Analyze past financial processes and implement new, aligned, and standardized reporting processes across the European business.
  • Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Standardize financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the finance system team to establish best practices and simplify financial reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and other financial systems.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or University master's degree (MSc/MBA).
