Transport Support Assistant - Join Our Team

Competitive Salary: £23.20 pro rata / £11.44 per hour

Weekly Commitment: 25 Hours

Seasonal Employment: Term Time Only

At Norse Group, we are actively looking for dedicated Transport Support Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Minibus Drivers to ensure the safe transportation of vulnerable individuals, including children and adults, to their various destinations. Your contribution will be essential in fostering a supportive environment, enhancing their well-being, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Transport Support Assistant, your primary duties will include:

• Providing essential support to vulnerable individuals during their journeys.
• Building positive relationships with clients to deliver a personalized service.
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their travel.

Shift Patterns:

We offer various positions within our transport team, covering multiple regions. Our operations run Monday to Friday, with both morning and afternoon shifts available. We can accommodate either term-time only or year-round roles based on your preference.

• Familiarity with the local area.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or support role.
• A compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
