Car Sales Executive - Prestige Main Dealer

·£55,000 OTE

·Brand new Company Car

·Commute Fuel Paid for by your Employer

Our client is representing a Prestige brand in a Prime location within a busy dealership. The brand has a long and illustrious history and continues to dominate both the new and used car markets.

This role requires a highly target-driven individual who strives to exceed each customer's expectations from initial meet and greet through to handing their new car over.

  • Your own standards will dictate that you exceed your customer's expectations in every element of their buying experience mirroring the values of this highly sought-after brand.
  • As well as concentrating on your own sales targets, you will be keen to work as part of a first-class team within this automotive business with great support from the General Sales Manager & Head of Business.
  • Our client is a firm believer of Career progression within the company, which once you have a proven track record and shown full commitment, your hard work will work towards the future.
Pay and Benefits

This role has an OTE of £55,000, which is not capped but highly achievable, top performers are earning in excess of £65,000, plus a brand-new company car.

Basic salary is £22k + average commission holiday pay, company car and fuel allowance from home to work, OTE circa £55k.

Hours of Work are Mon - Fri 8.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10.30am - 4pm (on a rota basis of approx. 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu every week for working Saturday.
