About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Performance Analyst to join our team at Next. As a key member of our Ecommerce Developments team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing, to prioritize and implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure the functionality and stability of our platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve critical issues and propose tactical and strategic solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of key site changes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Monitor the impact of changes on performance and user experience, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
