We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to become part of our esteemed team in bespoke manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate various CNC machinery, including multi-axis and sliding head models, with programming experience preferred.
  • Produce components that meet precise tolerances and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and suggest program modifications to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all components adhere to established quality standards.
  • Perform initial machine inspections at the beginning of each shift.
  • Report any machine malfunctions or irregularities following approved maintenance protocols.
  • Interpret engineering drawings to guarantee that machined parts align with specifications.
  • Select appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for machining tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in programming both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, preferably with Heidenhain or Hurco systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
  • Overtime opportunities are available and compensated at an enhanced rate.
