We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator/Truck Operator to become a member of our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute tasks related to all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the processing of all incoming and outgoing inventory Conduct physical inventory assessments of branch stock Adhere to the policies of the WHS management system Generate and track purchase orders and deliveries to the warehouse Organize and coordinate deliveries to various sites Manage the purchase order and invoice processes to ensure supplier payments Maintain reorder levels and stock replenishment Ensure the warehouse is organized in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Execute and document stock takes for regions and vehicles Address inquiries from stakeholders and suppliersDesired Qualifications:
A commitment to quality, with high personal standards A valid truck driving license for NSW is essential Basic proficiency in MS Excel is preferred A forklift license is required Strong attention to detail Skills in organization and prioritization Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams Excellent time management capabilities Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingDiscover the extensive opportunities at KONE.
