We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Inspire Neurocare. As a nurse leader in our neurorehabilitation service, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex neurological needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients with a range of neurological conditions, including brain injury, spinal injuries, and progressive conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Lead on patient care, coordinating the patient journey and making decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
