Job Title: Community Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Management Executive to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organizational growth through revenue generation and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage revenue streams, including event sponsorship sales, foundation/donor gifts, membership, underwriting/advertising, and major gifts.
  • Work closely with the Co-Executive Directors and senior staff to develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth and community engagement.
  • Manage and optimize event/sales strategy and execution, including quarterly events and an annual signature event.
  • Develop and execute grant proposals, reports, and donor communications with a long-term, relationship-building approach.
  • Work with staff to develop and pilot innovative products and services to engage our audience.
  • Manage relevant operations and systems, including payroll, bill processing, and donor/customer management database.
  • Work with Co-Executive Directors to manage board communication and development.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of non-profit media/journalism is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial/business development goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with donor/customer databases and ability to use data for analysis.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports is preferred but not required.
What We Offer:

Anticipated salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
