We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of medical device services across the UK. This role requires a strong background in healthcare and medical device experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of maintenance and service-related operational obligations for various sites
- Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with the head of operations to manage budgets for the account
- Produce performance reports and conduct audits of medical equipment
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in NHS or private healthcare
- Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality
- Contract management skills and MHRA managing medical devices
