Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Cancer Immunology

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join our team at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will have a PhD in a field with a substantial cancer immunology component and experience leading discovery and preclinical projects progressing to early clinical development.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize cutting-edge organoid co-culture systems and CRISPR-Cas9 technology to advance cancer research
- Design and execute reproducible cytotoxicity assays and have established expertise in using organoid models and CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing
- Isolate cancer and immune cells and perform flow cytometry for phenotypic characterization
- Grow primary T and cancer cells in culture and design experiments to investigate cancer biology
- PhD in a field with a substantial cancer immunology component
- Experience leading discovery and preclinical projects progressing to early clinical development
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence group decisions and work collaboratively
