Mobile Facilities Technician


We are pleased to present an opportunity for a skilled Facilities Technician, Maintenance Specialist, or Building Maintenance Operative to become part of a dedicated maintenance team on a long-term mobile contract. This role will primarily involve servicing various locations within a designated area.

You will be provided with a company vehicle to travel to different sites. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and locations.

Working Hours:
08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Compensation:
£20 Umbrella PAYE

Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Facilities Technician:

  • Maintenance of building structures, including painting and minor carpentry tasks.
  • Installation and repair of doors, replacement of damaged tiles, etc.
  • Inspection and repair of plumbing fixtures, including toilets and taps.
  • Maintenance of filters and other essential components.

Qualifications for the Mobile Facilities Technician:

  • Background in building services or maintenance.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Experience in maintaining commercial properties.
  • Must present a professional appearance, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with clients.
