Our E-commerce Team

The Frasers Group e-commerce team is responsible for driving the growth of new and existing categories and product ranges online. We are a dynamic and fast-growing team that drives market trends across our e-commerce function.

The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Web Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Web Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with third-party brands. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends to stay at the forefront of online buying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with third-party brands.
  • Analyze market trends to stay at the forefront of online buying.
  • Develop digital innovation within our online purchasing functions and across the wider business.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure sales optimization through analyzing previous trends in consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Review the best-performing products and ensure we are maximizing their potential via stock or marketing suggestions.
  • Ensure that our brand product catalogues are up-to-date, removing discontinued lines and refreshing where necessary.
  • Analyze the commercial performance of our products and update the ordering budgets accordingly.

  • A passion for retail and a desire to work in a consumer-led product-based organization.
  • The ability to identify trends or spot new product opportunities.
  • A willingness to take ownership of categories to maximize their potential and market growth.

You should have a strong understanding of market trends and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions. You should also be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
