About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Lead Generation and Market Insights to bolster our Global SMB team. This role is essential in unlocking new business opportunities and driving our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage sophisticated data analytics and machine learning methodologies to pinpoint high-potential prospects within the payments sector.

• Develop and execute predictive models to assess client engagement and conversion likelihood, refining our outreach strategies.

• Analyze financial and transactional datasets to extract actionable insights that guide targeted marketing initiatives.

• Explore and assess new data sources to enhance the accuracy of predictive models.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions to optimize lead qualification processes and improve lead scoring methodologies.

• Create and sustain automated workflows using Python and SQL for efficient data handling and execution of marketing strategies.

• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to influence business decisions and initiatives.

• Continuously evaluate the success of lead generation tactics, adapting strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in data science with a focus on marketing strategies and business development.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in data preparation and modeling.

• Expertise in constructing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in customer behavior analysis and segmentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data insights into effective business strategies.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
